OUR JOURNEY

Yamba Distilling Co was born in 2020, when Adam and Alison turned a love of great gin and the Clarence Valley lifestyle into something real. From the beginning it was about small batch spirits, made with intention, local botanicals, intimate gatherings and a small cellar door that felt like exactly the right place to be on an afternoon in Yamba.

In 2026, Jess and Jake took the reins, with enormous respect for all that Adam and Alison built before, and a genuine excitement for what's next.

The gin is still small batch. The ingredients are still local. The vibe is still unmistakably Yamba. We're just in the next chapter of the YDC story.
